With our whole hog bundle, you will get over 100 pounds of forest-raised pork! A $100 deposit is required to reserve. You will receive: 25 packs of mild (breakfast) sausage and/or ground pork, 20 packs of dinner links (bratwurst, kielbasa), and/or chorizo (ground), 20 lbs of shoulder roasts (Boston butt & picnic, 2-3 lbs each), 15 lbs smoked, uncured bacon (includes 2-3 lbs of jowl bacon), 16 lbs boneless pork chops 1" thick, 2 whole tenderloins, 2 packs baby back ribs, 2 packs spare ribs, fat & bones

About Emerald Pastures Farmstead


Emerald Pastures Farmstead is located in Wilkes County in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains in NC. We offer forest-raised pork, raw honey, eggs, and an all-natural balm using the beeswax from our bees and lard from our pigs. We strive to produce food in a way that’s “good for the land, animals, and people.” We believe that the best way to do that is through regenerative practices, which include rotationally grazing our pigs and chickens through a mix of forest and pasture. We believe that this method of management is what’s most beneficial to the soil, keeps the animals happiest, and is the healthiest (and tastiest) option for people.
